About Me
In therapy
I am a gentle respectful practitioner, who values a strong therapeutic relationship to create a safe and trusting space for you to share and work through your experiences. My aim is to equip you with tools and skills to empower you to become your own practitioner in order to create positive change in your lives.
Education
I have completed a Master of Professional Psychology at the Australian Catholic University, a Graduate Diploma of Psychological Science at Bond University, and a Bachelor of Psychology at Monash University.
I am registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and am a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
Personal interests
My interests and passions are walking in all different kinds of places, but my favourite place is around old trees and in the mountains. I tend to get lost in psychological thrillers and recharge my batteries with swimming, drawing, sewing and time to myself. My favourite sport is snow skiing, because I enjoy the rhythm and speed of moving down the mountain.
